We were offered a big and airy room with Diamond Head view, ni windows, for instance. Incredibly nice breakfasts with the complimentary drinks and a great view, for example, everyone could try something new. The hotel had a great location close to an arts theater:)))
Views appeared to be not very good.

We enjoyed the outdoor bar and restaurant area. It had a beautiful view of Diamond Head. Andrea and Rob who worked the bar, were great. We really enjoyed talking to them and they provided excellent service.
Our room for horrible. We could hardly move around. The room never did cool adequately with the small window ac unit it had. I believe that we were stuck there because of the rate that we got from booking from your on-line service. They claimed that they were sold out and that they couldn't move us. This was a one night stay before a cruise that we were boarding the next day, so I was trying to economize, but I did want something nice. I thought that this would be much nicer that it actually was. We stayed at the Waikiki Outrigger on our return. This was a fabulous hotel with a huge room. It even had a partial ocean view and it was only $40 more.

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
A fabulous spot just steps from the beach! The restaurant offers lovely views, although I found my room on the smaller side. That said, the staff is always friendly and helpful, enhancing the stay.

It was perfectly clean, everyone was service-oriented and very efficient. The hotel's location was super central, still within walking distance of everything.

I had a 'partial view' room and it was without doubt the best 'partial' I've ever had. I saw a 180 degree view of Diamond Head and the beach/ocean.The pool area was great and the restaurant there terrific value for money. I will be travelling through Honolulu late August and plan to book there again. Got any great deals for 'partials' please let me know. Thanks. mccutch@iinet.net.au

Our location to the beach and zoo as well as restaurants and shopping but not to close to the busy center of town.

The room was bright, had amazing views and featured climate control, an individual safe and a fridge. The location of the hotel was wonderful and handy - just a pleasant stroll away from a famous beach. It was across the great area.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the vibrant area without the chaos of downtown. Our room had a beautiful view of Diamond Head, and the large windows made it feel open and bright. I appreciated the cleanliness and the easy organization of the space. The small gym on-site offered a good workout option, and having purified water available was a pleasant surprise. it was a comfortable stay, perfect for taking in the beauty of Waikiki.

The staff was very helpful after a very bad experience at a different hotel, they got us set up in a room in the middle of the night. I was very happy with the service and plan to stay again and again.
Microwaves in the room would have been a huge help.

Service at hotel was great, and the best is its location
Even my stay at Quenn Kapiolani was great, the hotel needs some maintenance, some times looks too old.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach! The views of Diamond Head were amazing, and the staff were friendlier than a pack of golden retrievers at a dog park. I particularly enjoyed the live music at the pool. It made for a great atmosphere.
